We would like to share with you a comprehensive breakdown of the token metrics for Privateum Global (PRI).
As part of our commitment to transparency, we would like to provide a comprehensive breakdown of how the token supply, lock-up periods, and token distribution are calculated.
Token Supply
The total supply of PRI is 80,000,000, and it will remain fixed. This means that there will be no inflation or new tokens minted. The token is powered by the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and adheres to the BEP-20 standard.
Circulating Supply
The circulating supply of PRI is calculated as follows:
Circulating supply = Total supply — (team wallets + marketing wallet + blockchain development wallet)
The team wallets will be locked for two years, and their balances are as follows:
- 0x8b283d82df784325dcb53334f95c73a4e1c1bbb — 12,548,000 PRI
- 0x7a29b7883408d6e7c97c2d65ad12eb0efcd10177–7,600,000 PRI
- 0x4f3dcd114a3fde1563acfe9b1172226092a7a67c — 7,400,000 PRI

The marketing wallet (0xe6898790707703fce99803de162a2eadcbb96041) contains 10,600,000 PRI, which won’t be locked. However, the heavy marketing is expected as soon as the Marketplace is finally released within the Q3 2023.
The blockchain development wallet (0x9f3f7669e6c4fd5a51c76846c687ddefdbf0ad1b) contains 6,200,000 PRI and will be locked until the end of year 2023.
Using the above formula, the current circulating supply of PRI is as follows:
Circulating supply = 80,000,000 — (800,000 + 4,000,000 + 7,400,000 + 7,600,000 + 12,548,000 + 10,600,000 + 6,200,000) = 30,852,000 PRI
It’s important to note that the balances of the wallets are subject to change within the upper mentioned time frames. If the balances of the wallets change, the circulating supply of PRI will also change accordingly.
Token Distribution
The 80 million PRI tokens will be allocated as follows:
- Team: 30.4 million PRI tokens (38%)
- Development: 23.2 million PRI tokens (29%)
- Marketing: 16 million PRI tokens (16%)
- Angel Investors: 10.4 million PRI tokens (13%)
- Public Sale: 3.2 million PRI tokens (4%)
